Based within Leicesterleys Leisure Centre, The Tower Climbing Centre offers both bouldering and roped climbing and is available to all, regardless of age or ability — from easy challenges for first-time climbers, to seriously difficult climbs for experienced climbers looking to push their limits. Adult and children's lessons are provided as well as casual climbing sessions, and there is also a small shop on site selling the latest climbing equipment.
Note: Schools and event organisers are able to hire the Tower's mobile climbing wall — contact the Tower Climbing Centre for details.

If your looking to climb with ropes then this place is for you, as it focuses 80% on lead climbing (roped). Even though its got a slight old school look, the quality is there!

If you want to try rope climbing I'd highly recommend going to the tower. There's a range option available from Bouldering, to lower walls for learning rope climbing and the tower for taking it further. Great options for more experienced climbers too in the tower.

Great friendly staff and a cracking place that provide nice introductions to the fast growing sport. Small bouldering area and a separate area for lead climbing with a few top ropes to keep you busy.
