Would you Rather? | Outlearn Activity Guide

‘Would you rather?’ is a great outdoor activity suitable for young children of all abilities. The aim of would you rather is to decide which option you would prefer. This allows children to better understand themselves of what they truly would like.

  • A Rope
  • Trivia Questions—Adapt questions to suit either the topic/ability/setting

Lay the rope out on the ground in a straight line. Ask the group to straddle the rope. When you ask a question they need to jump to the left or the right depending on where you have indicated for each answer. You can use this as an icebreaker or to reinforce previous learning and to check learning has taken place. Start each question with;
